I have experienced that this is a topic a lot of people don't really (dare to) talk about openly. While it is very important to acknowledge what is there, to be able to change things for the better.
What I also found out through the years is that a lot of people don't even know about this, that it exists or that it is what they are seeking help and support for. They just aren't aware of it, aren't conscious about this matter.

What you can do to 'get rid of them' or better said, how things can be healed
